You know about my fight for more than 22 years to find a cure for Sickle Cell Disease with events, fundraising activities, and sponsorship with Let the Fashions Begin (LFB).
With your support, participation, and assistance, we donated $500,000 to Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) for Sickle Cell Research and were responsible for the establishment of the Sickle Cell Research Center at TCH. I am happy to report that TCH will now continue our work by combining LFB with their Walk of Champions (which benefits children’s cancer research).
Now my focus and full attention is on Indestructible Beginnings which provides common courtesy and customized professional etiquette workshops for children, youth and business professionals, and international protocol classes for business and corporations. My handbook, Indestructible Beginnings: ABC’s of Common Courtesy (Charm and Etiquette Handbook for Ages 5 to 95 ) along with other training materials is used for youth and teens.
As a Certified International Protocol Consultant through The Protocol School of Washington, I conduct workshops for businesses and corporations that have employees who interact and engage with clients from other countries.
